New Student Orientation at St. Louis African University has been enhanced to create a better student experience for all new students. New Student Orientation is a mandatory online program for all new students and transfer students with 11 or less transferable credits and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. It may be completed on a computer, smartphone, or tablet. The orientation prepares you for your first semester at St. Louis African University by introducing you to University resources, support, and opportunities.
How to Get Started
Complete the steps below to register for New Student Orientation.
Activate your Owl Link Account. Your temporary password is your six-digit birth date. Example: If May 20, 2002, enter 052002. You will be prompted to create your permanent password.
Access the New Student Orientation. Take the section quizzes that will check for understanding. When you pass the quizzes, your record will update within 24 hours.
Things to Know about New Student Orientation
You can complete New Student Orientation on a smartphone, computer, or tablet. It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, and can be completed in one or multiple settings.
The orientation contains videos designed with closed captions. While headphones for video audio is not required, they are recommended for the best user experience.
